Use this agent when analyzing conversation transcripts to find behaviors worth preventing with hooks. Typical triggers include the /hookify command being invoked without arguments, or the user explicitly asking to look back at the current conversation and surface mistakes that should be prevented in the future. Install
1Manual install
Copy the subagent file from the repository into ~/.claude/agents/<name>.md. The filename must match the subagent name (e.g. conversation-analyzer-2.md).
2Verify
/agents, /commands or /hooks in Claude CodeRestart Claude Code and list your installed components to confirm it was picked up.
