Denied-Command Audit Log

When safety hooks deny commands, you lose the signal — there's no record of what the agent tried and got blocked on. An append-only audit log turns denials into a reviewable trail.

Install

  1. 1Manual install

    Copy the hook file from the repository into ~/.claude/hooks/<name>.sh. The filename must match the hook name (e.g. denied-command-audit-log.md).

  2. 2Verify

    /agents, /commands or /hooks in Claude Code

    Restart Claude Code and list your installed components to confirm it was picked up.
