Run a full freshie ecosystem discovery scan via rebuild-inventory.py and report plugin, skill, and pack delta against the previous run stored in the SQLite inventory database. Use when refreshing the inventory after adding plugins or tracking ecosystem growth over time. Trigger with "run discovery scan", "scan the inventory".

Install

  1. 1Manual install

    Copy the subagent file from the repository into ~/.claude/agents/<name>.md. The filename must match the subagent name (e.g. discovery-scanner.md).

  2. 2Verify

    /agents, /commands or /hooks in Claude Code

    Restart Claude Code and list your installed components to confirm it was picked up.
