Before you connect

  • A HubSpot account and permission to create an MCP connector.
  • An MCP client supporting OAuth with PKCE and a matching redirect URL.
  • Available tools depend on subscription, user permissions, and account configuration.

Install

  1. 1Create a HubSpot MCP connector

    In HubSpot, open Development → MCP Connectors and create a connector with the redirect URL used by your client.

  2. 2Connect your MCP client

    Set the Streamable HTTP server URL to https://mcp.hubspot.com/. Enter connector credentials in the client settings and complete OAuth authorization for the intended HubSpot account.

  3. 3Inspect account access

    Run get_user_details and inspect the available tools and objects before requesting CRM reports.
